Our great local, The Mile End Hotel, is seeking a new Duty Manager to join our established team as we continue to grow. As Duty Manager, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the venue runs smoothly each day. You’ll lead the team on shift, maintain high service standards, support the coordination of functions and events, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is organised, confident managing a team, and passionate about delivering great hospitality.
